If you wish your child to stay all day in school, and this is not included in your 15 or 30 hour allocation, you will need to book a lunch club place. In nursery morning sessions are 8.45am to 11.45am and afternoon sessions are 12.15pm to 3.15pm.
Lunch club costs £3.00 per session and you need to book for a half term block at a time. This does not include the cost of food.
School Prepared Food
Children can stay for lunch and have a hot cooked lunch from our school menu or a cold sandwich option prepared for them by the kitchen. There are always salad options such as cucumber and carrots available and a choice of puddings including chopped fruit and yoghurt. The cost of a school meal is £2.50 per day - you will be given a Squid log in to pay for school dinners (the system the rest of the school use) as Nursery children are not entitled to Free School Meals like YR, Y1 and Y2.
Packed Lunch Option
You can send in a packed lunch from home and just pay for Lunch Club.
During lunch club nursery children are looked after by adults from Acorns and when they have eaten they are able to play in the Acorns outside area.
